Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of the TekWeb 3D site and the purchase of products and custom quotes. By using this site or completing a purchase, the customer accepts the conditions below.
Draft — review with a lawyer
This text still has unfilled placeholders (in square brackets) and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It should not be considered final before the company details are confirmed and the applicable tax and legal obligations are professionally validated.
1. Purpose and scope
TekWeb 3D sells physical 3D-printed objects, available either as a direct catalogue purchase or as a custom quote request. The store serves customers in mainland Portugal and the European Union and operates exclusively in euros (EUR).
2. Seller identification
Legal name: [NOME DA EMPRESA]. Tax ID: [NIF]. Address: [MORADA]. Contact: [EMAIL] / [TELEFONE].
3. Account and registration
An account is required to complete a purchase or to submit and track a custom quote request. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their password confidential.
4. Orders and prices
The prices shown on each product are set manually by the administrator and include the applicable tax configuration, where relevant. Availability and price are re-validated in the cart and at checkout before payment. Later changes to the catalogue do not affect orders already created, whose data remains recorded exactly as it was at the time of purchase.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout at the time of purchase, via a payment provider that meets the applicable security requirements. TekWeb 3D never stores card data. An order is only considered paid after authenticated confirmation from the payment provider; the browser simply returning to the site is not proof of payment.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped via CTT, based on rate tables and lead times configured by the administrator. The shipping and delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative ranges, not firm guarantees, and may be revised in the event of a production or transport setback.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
For distance purchases, the consumer generally has a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions, in particular goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. See the "Shipping and Returns" page for the full procedure.
8. Custom quote requests
By submitting a quote request and its attached files, the customer confirms they have the right to use those files, trademarks and designs, and that reproducing them does not infringe third-party rights. Sending a file does not automatically generate a price or a deadline; these always result from a manual proposal from the administrator, explicitly accepted by the customer within the stated validity period.
9. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, images, brand) belongs to TekWeb 3D or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation, except for the files the customer themselves submits for a quote request, ownership of which remains with the customer.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version applicable to each order is the one in force at the time of purchase, and it is recorded on that order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For resolving consumer disputes, see the "Dispute Resolution" page.
