Shipping and Returns
This page explains how shipping and the right of return work for purchases made on this site.
Draft — review with a lawyer
This text still has unfilled placeholders (in square brackets) and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It should not be considered final before the company details are confirmed and the applicable tax and legal obligations are professionally validated.
1. Shipping
Orders are shipped via CTT. At this stage, shipment registration is manual: the administrator prepares the order and registers the CTT service and tracking code, which then becomes available in the customer's account.
2. Timeframes
For in-stock products, the configured immediate-shipping timeframe applies. For made-to-order products, the manually defined production range for the variant applies. The timeframes shown are estimates, subject to production and transport setbacks, and do not guarantee delivery on an exact date.
3. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)
Under the consumer protection legislation applicable to distance purchases (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14 calendar-day period, from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must contact [EMAIL] within that period; the refund is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, after the goods are returned in adequate condition.
4. Exception: personalised or made-to-measure goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception generally covers made-to-order products with options chosen by the customer, and orders resulting from the acceptance of a custom quote proposal, since these goods are produced specifically at the customer's request.
5. Returns for non-conformity
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity of goods remains applicable under the legislation in force. A product with a manufacturing defect should be reported to [EMAIL], stating the order and describing the problem.
